Intellect Design Arena has won three customer deals for its eMACH.ai Custody platform, all at non-banking financial services (NBFC) institutions. The wins reflect a wider shift: non-bank financial institutions are moving beyond brokerage, wealth management and capital markets into custody and asset servicing.
eMACH.ai Custody sits within Intellect’s Wealth and Capital Markets portfolio. Built on a composable, cloud-native, API-first architecture, it lets institutions establish and scale custody businesses, then extend into fund accounting, transfer agency, investor servicing and post-trade operations on the same foundation, rather than running standalone custody systems.
The platform covers the full custody lifecycle: client onboarding, trade processing, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, fee management, fund accounting and regulatory reporting. It integrates with trading, treasury, clearing and market infrastructure systems.
“Custody is emerging as a strategic growth opportunity for non-bank financial institutions looking to broaden their Wealth and Capital Markets offerings. As institutions enter the custody and asset servicing domain, they need more than a technology solution; they need a business foundation that enables continuous expansion,” said Ramanan SV, CEO-India & South Asia, Intellect Design Arena Limited.
“Intellect’s eMACH.ai Custody has been architected as the gateway to Intellect’s integrated Wealth and Capital Markets capabilities, enabling institutions to progressively expand into fund accounting, transfer agency, investor servicing, and post-trade operations without reimagining their technology landscape. These three strategic customer wins reinforce our belief that the future of custody lies in connected, AI-First platforms that enable institutions to grow beyond custody into comprehensive investment servicing businesses.”
Intellect serves over 500 customers across 62 countries.
