UniCredit has acquired a minority stake in Frankfurt-based fintech VC Trade, strengthening its digital debt financing capabilities across Europe. The investment will support VC Trade’s international expansion and accelerate the digitisation of syndicated loans, Schuldscheine and other debt transactions.
