Dutch Central Bank Clears Qivalis to Issue a Euro Stablecoin Backed by 37 European Banks

De Nederlandsche Bank has authorised Qivalis, backed by 37 European banks, as an electronic money institution. Issuance of its euro stablecoin is planned within the next months.
